Disclaimer: The additional ₹1,00,000 in strategic film support represents the estimated value of services provided by Reborn India Film and is not a cash grant payable to the filmmaker. The indicative breakdown is ₹40,000 for International Film Festival Strategy & Submissions, ₹30,000 for Film Positioning & Industry Strategy, and ₹30,000 for Screening & Industry Outreach Support. These services will be delivered in accordance with the programme’s scope, eligibility criteria and agreed timelines. Actual services may vary depending on the film’s requirements and stage of completion. Festival selections, awards, distribution agreements, screening placements and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed. Third-party expenses, including festival submission fees, travel, promotional materials and technical deliverables, are excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

LEVEL 02 : OFFICIAL FINALIST | TOP 10
Recognition. Strategy. Direction.
Ten outstanding projects will be selected as Official Finalists by the Reborn India Short Film Fund jury.
Beyond recognition, all 10 finalists will receive a Strategy Partnership with Reborn India Film, designed to help them evaluate their projects, identify development opportunities and plan their next steps.
LEVEL 03 : GRANT RECIPIENT
From Script to Screen
One project will be selected as the recipient of the Reborn India Short Film Fund's production grant.

1. Pre-Production: ₹30,000
This initial phase includes all the groundwork required before the filming begins.
What it covers: Script development, casting, location scouting, storyboarding, production design, and permits.When you'll receive it: Paid once the project plan is finalized, the script is confirmed, and key creative decisions are made.
2. Production: ₹50,000
The production phase covers everything related to the actual shooting of your film.
What it covers: Equipment rentals (camera, lighting, sound), crew payments (director, cinematographer, etc.), actor fees, location costs, set design, and catering.When you'll receive it: This amount will be released in two installments:First installment: ₹25,000, paid once filming begins.Second installment: ₹25,000, paid upon completion of the filming phase.
3. Post-Production: ₹20,000
This phase covers the final touches to your film, including editing and sound design.
What it covers: Film editing, sound design, color grading, and music licensing.
When you'll receive it: Paid once the film is ready for post-production, and you submit the final edit for review.
